The Programme Resources team, headed by Commissioners Ted and Debbie Horwood, includes people skilled in areas such as mission resources, literary and editorial work, emergency services, schools, health services, projects and community development.
We are blessed to witness first-hand the transformational work of The Salvation Army around the world. Every day we see lives changed through God’s grace. It is inspiring and exciting.
