It is a tremendous time to spend at Surrenden, Coonoor for "Administrative training Course" (Middle Management) held on 20-26 March 2017 respectively under the leadership of International leaders Commissioners Lalzamlova and Nu-i and with the support of National Secretariat Kolkata. Overall officers- Delegates 18 in number joined together from Indian territories.
Lieut. Colonel Daniel Raju Dasari the National Secretary was organized this training course in a peculiar way to encourage, motivate the attendees spiritually, making the good learned and shaped Administrators in the days to come. This training was programmed earlier with different resources from various territories.
The topics were expounded and dealt by "Spiritual Authority - Role model & Pastoral care", "Administration - Salvation Army Policies and Procedures", "IHQ Administration - Structure", by Commissioner Lalzamlova, the International Secretary, "Role and Responsibilities of married women", "Women development and Empowerment" by Commissioner Nu-i, ZSWM, "Being an out Standing Team member", "Leadership behavior & Delegation" by Colonel Nihal Hettiarachchi Territorial Commander India south western, "Leadership Development", "Mission & Evangelism" by Lieut. Colonel Daniel Raju Dasari National Secretary, "Leader-Self Support, Fund Raising", Leader- Public & Ecumenical Relation" by Lieut. Colonel Lalhmingliana, Secretary for Personnel, India Eastern Territory, "Legal Issues - Awareness", "Property Up keeping" by Mr. Swarna Kumar, Territorial Legal adviser from India south Eastern Territory, "Challenges of Salvation Army officer ship", "The Salvation Army officer" by Mr. David Lalthanngura, IET.
Each topic is very attractive, understandable and made partakers to involve in viva - open question Forum. This open session has given to the officers to clear the doubts about administration and Leadership from the course. International Secretary has given clear picture functions of International headquarters and its role. Commissioner Nu-I encouraged the women officers spiritually for the mission of Salvation Army and God. Morning devotions are so blessings to everyone.
Finally, Administration course was concluded with spiritual meeting which was conducted by the International Leaders at which heart touched message was given. Delegates dedicated once again unto God and remember the Call of God. Certificates are issued to every participant.
