The Senior Leaders Conference was held on 16- 17 of March 2022. At the Salvation Army HRD Centre, Chennai, under the leadership of Colonels Yaqoob Masih and Sumitra Masih, the Territorial Commander and TPWM with the support of Lt. Colonels M. Stalin and Lt. Colonel Kezial Stalin Chief Secretary and TSWM and Secretaries for BA, Personnel & programmes All the Divisional Commanders and District Officers, Area Officers and heads of the Departments attended the Conference. The entire conference was focused on the theme “Be Faithful in God's Mission”.
The Territorial Commander encouraged the officers to have a spiritual thirst and reminded them of their responsibilities in saving souls shown in the scripture Revelation 2:10. Colonel Yaqoob Masih Territorial Commander taught the following subjects, be Faithful in God's Mission. Colonel Sumitra Masih TPWM presented the report on women's Ministries and took Bible study on the life of Abraham. Lt. Colonel M. Stalin taught about the aspects of the Administration. Lt. Colonel B. Joseph SBA presented the reports from the Business Administration; Lt. Colonel B. G. Prakasha Rao SPA presented the reports of the Personnel & field. Lt. Colonel M. Abraham Lincoln Secretary for Programme presented the reports of programs. Divisional Commanders, District officers & Area officers presented their reports and future plans. Through all the lectures and reports all the officers were encouraged to be good leaders and to do their ministries effectively. All the senior leaders who attended the conference blessed and were benefitted by the conference.
