The SAMF team is engaged in community healing

On 8 November 2015 doctors, nurses and medical staff gathered together in the divisional headquarters to make the day a blessed and meaningful.

The Salvation Army Medical Fellowship Secretary Lieut-Colonel Lalhlimpuii from headquarters sent the circular to make the day happen with special events of medical ministries.

Accordingly, the southern division made arrangements for the day to do good with the leadership of Major Lalfakzuali, DDWM. All the members of SAMF enthusiastically participated.

The entire team was grouped into many to reach  their respective communities to make awareness of health concern and to preach the gospel. After the regular Sunday worship, SAMF members started journey to various communities.

Dr. Zolianthanga, Corps Treasurer, Mrs. Tlangmawii, Tutor, Nursing School expressed their joy and commitment of serving people. The normal body checkups were done for the people who attended Sunday worship. The day's offering was set apart for the medical camps across the villages of the division. SAMF members were greatly appreciated for their good work in across the division. A detailed work plan was also prepared for the future medical mission activities.
