RETIRED OFFICERS FELLOWSHIP 12TH ANNIVERSARY, ISET

It was indeed a great day for the retired officers to meet and greet each other on the occasion of Retired Officers Fellowship (R.O.F.) held on 17th October 2017 at Booth Tucker Memorial Church, Nagercoil. More than 115 Retired Officers were present and rejoiced by hugging and shaking each other hands.

The 12th Anniversary commenced with opening prayer by Colonel Mary Gnanadhas. The time came to think of God's Love, at the very beginning of the meeting through song led by Major. S. Muthu Raj.

Designated New Territorial Leaders, Colonels Gabriel and Indumati Christian were the Chief Guests, they were Introduced and welcomed by Major G. Asirvatham, President R.O.F. While singing the welcome song written by Major. S. Motchakkan, Leaders were honoured with shawls.

Words of felicitations spoken by Commissioner M. Y. Emmanuel, Lieut. Colonel M. P. Solomon and Major G. Kumaradhas, D.C., Nagercoil. Colonel Indumati Christian, TPWM in her response, stated that “I am also retired Officers daughter, I know your problems and difficulties - No doubt - God will remove all your sickness and problems.” Her words encouraged everyone. Major Lilly Jenet Bai shared her testimony which motivated everyone to be strong in faith. The middle of the meeting "theme song" prepared Major Solomon Muthu Raj was sung and inspired all. After annual report reading Major M. Johnrose offered a special prayer for the retired officers who were Promoted to Glory during the year 2016-17.

Colonel Gabriel Christian, Territorial Commander addressed a short message based on Psalms 28:7 and Psalms 71:5 The Lord is my strength and my shield I have been uphold from birth. His message inspired and strengthened all. While singing song of dedication led by Lieut. Colonel A. Sundaram many retired officers re-dedicated them. Final Prayer and benediction offered by Commissioner Regina Chandra Bai. Anniversary fellowship concluded with love feast. The meeting was great privilege to meet each other in one place, spirit was strengthened, fellowship was renewed, and got opportunity to meet the Leaders and had love feast with one another.
