The Salvation Army Disaster Management Training will be held on June 9th and 10th, 2023 at The Salvation Army HRD Centre in Batala, India. The aim of the training is to develop the capacities of The Salvation Army officers and personnel to act as Disaster Reduction Champions. The resource persons include Inspector Sanjay Bisht of NDRF leader and Team 18, Inspector Onkar Singh of Fire Department Batala and Team -10, and 24 delegates from INT. The main subjects of the training include Disaster Risk Management Introduction & Overview, Disaster Around Us & Preparation, Readiness Government Helping during Disaster, and Fire Safety Measurements.
