On July 6th and 7th, 2023, the Conference of Women Leaders took place at the HRD Centre in Kowdiar, Trivandrum. Led by Colonel Ratnasundari Polimetla, TPWM and supported by Lt. Colonel Rajam Daniel, TSWM, the conference welcomed 16 delegates from various divisions and THQ. Major Huldamma Johnson DDWM Punalur, Major Mercy Simon, DDWM, Peermade, and Major Mary Christuraj, DDWM, Neyyattinkara led the morning and evening devotions during the two-day conference. The Bible study of Lydia (Acts of Apostles) and Vasthi (The Book of Esther) was very inspiring and influential for the participants of the two sessions of bible study led by TPWM and TSWM respectively. Various topics were presented by women officers and faculties, such as the objectives to protect children, the qualities of a good woman, prevention of lifestyle diseases, communicative skills, and how to challenge for a better World. The Women's Ministry arranged for medical checkups for the delegates during the meeting, and report presentations from each Division helped everyone understand the activities of the Women's Ministry in other Divisions. The final Spiritual Meeting was led by Lt. Colonel Rajam Daniel, TSWM, and the Bible message was delivered by Colonel Ratna Sundari, TPWM. TPWM spoke from Luke 10:38-42 and referred to Mary and Martha as the best and better. In response to the heart-inspiring message, each delegate knelt down and rededicated their lives.
