More Chile Earthquake Photos of a Salvation Army team working in Dichato on the coast of Chile Dichato, near Concepcion, is a coastal community of 3,878 inhabitants, many of whom are fishermen. Entry to this village is restricted for sanitary reasons, as there are still a number of dead under the rubble.
