THE International Congress Office is seeking uniformed Salvationists to take part in five of the main sessions at the 150th anniversary congress, Boundless – The Whole World Redeeming. Producers are looking for up to 150 performers to play important roles in the celebrations at London's O2 Arena. International Congress Coordinator Lieut-Colonel Eddie Hobgood explains: 'No formal performance training is needed, just a spirit of excitement and boundless enthusiasm!'

The colonel says that becoming a 'cast member' could be a great way for Salvationists from the United Kingdom and Ireland who missed out on tickets to get involved. Because of child protection regulations, cast members must be aged 18 or over on 1 July 2015. They will have to bring with them summer and winter uniforms, and they will need to arrange their own accommodation, travel arrangements and meals, and be able to attend the appropriate rehearsals. (Some refreshments will be provided during rehearsals.) When their participation is finished, cast members will have the opportunity to join the congregation for the rest of the session.

For more information, and to find out about the full eligibility criteria and required commitments, visit the application page at sar.my/boundlesscast. The deadline for applications is 15 May 2015.

(Please note: the arrangement of rehearsal times and shift patterns means that anyone already accepted as a Boundless Volunteer will not be able to apply to be a cast member.)
