The ICO staff is comprised of dynamic officers from the Army’s global community and a lay leader team who are highly motivated and dedicated to creating a learning environment at the college.  

The ICO believes firmly in the benefits of officer leadership development and is firmly committed to providing an environment which is conducive for officers to flourish spiritually through insightful teaching, transformational prayer, dynamic worship, authentic international fellowship and intentional hands-on experiences, as well as opportunities for personal and leadership development.
