160 Years: International Development

The Salvation Army’s international development work is locally rooted, but we have a global reach and remit.

In all the work we do, we aim to amplify the voices of those we work to support to ensure that everyone is heard and valued.

In 2024, 611 projects started in 93 countries that will impact more than one million people.
