Funeral and Thanksgiving Service for General Gowans (Retired)

The funeral and thanksgiving service for the life of General John Gowans will be held at William Booth College, London on Friday 14 December at 12.30pm

FOLLOWING the promotion to Glory of General John Gowans (Retired) on Saturday 8 December, the Chief of the Staff (Commissioner Barry C. Swanson) has released the following information:

The funeral and thanksgiving service for the life and ministry of General John Gowans will be held in the assembly hall of the William Booth College, Denmark Hill, London on Friday 14 December at 12.30 pm.

The committal service will follow at Hither Green Crematorium at 2.30 pm.

Both services will be led by General John Larsson (Retired) with General Linda Bond participating.
