Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative functions such as answer phone calls, schedule appointments, prepare correspondence, statistics, reports and other documents
  • Record minutes of meetings
  • Manage and upkeep of Medical Case File
  • Coordinate office activities, communicate messages as needed
  • Assist with data requirements and databases as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective minutes taking
  • Only Singaporean need apply
