- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative functions such as answer phone calls, schedule appointments, prepare correspondence, statistics, reports and other documents
- Record minutes of meetings
- Manage and upkeep of Medical Case File
- Coordinate office activities, communicate messages as needed
- Assist with data requirements and databases as needed
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective minutes taking
