Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly invoices, Debit Notes and other ad-hoc billings
  • Generate monthly invoices
  • Enter Ad-hoc Variable charges into systems
  • Prepare monthly closing of accounts in systems
  • Prepare various AR reports
  • Ensure financial profiles in systems are accurate
  • Ensure receipts are updated to residents accounts for various support scheme
  • Attend to bills enquiries, settlement of bills and donation matters
  • Financial counselling for new admission cases
  • Follow-up on outstanding fees / overdue accounts collection
  • Supervise processing and payment of purchase requisitions and invoices    
  • Assist Accountant to prepare the following:
    • financial and statistical reports, annual budgets, ad hoc projects/programs and meetings
    • special and normal Audit matters.
    • prepare, update and reconcile to the General Ledger
    • all other duties relating to Governance for accountability purpose
  • Bank errands at times 
  • Covering and back-up for Accounts Payable, when required

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Possess positive working attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills, accountable and responsible attitude
  • Able to perform within tight deadlines, manage pressure & work in a team
  • Only Singaporean need apply
