We are currently looking for a Payroll and Reconciliations Administrator with a professional attitude, to work within our busy International Business Administration Department, based at our International Headquarters. 

You will work as part of the Accounts Section, yet be able to work independently, to manage and administer all aspects of the Payroll system.You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of two monthly payrolls for International Headquarters and Reliance Bank.responsibility for Special Projects as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Applicants must have a general knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.  A good general education is essential and experience of using payroll/accounting software is desirable. The applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to process confidential information and deal with internal personnel and outside agencies.

Applicants will be able to work in an organised and focussed way and to tight deadlines.

In return we can offer you:

Salary:              £29,015 Grade 5, travel to work allowance up to £3000

Benefits:            Subsidised café, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Contributory defined contribution pension scheme.

Hours:               35 hours per week
