Finance Trainer and Deployment Implementer

Fixed Term – Two (2) Years

The Salvation Army is currently engaged in the implementation of new Accounting Policies (IFAS) and Software (NetSuite).

The IFAS Project Team is looking for a Finance Trainer and Deployment Implementer to join the Training and Deployment Team.

This is an International role with significant travelling and time away from home.  Typical assignments will be 3 – 4 weeks away followed by 3 – 4 weeks working from the main place of employment.  In particular, the functions include:

 

Prior accounting and systems experience in implementing NetSuite software in similar projects.

Quickly learn the TSA tailored NetSuite system being implemented internationally as part of the IFAS Project in order to assist users and support trainers.

Deliver on site training to designated finance representatives from designated Territories.

Assist with data preparation and data migration into the NetSuite software in preparation to go live.


We would expect you to be a team player and have good capabilities across a wide range of disciplines, including training and finance. You should possess good communication skills and have experience of working with Microsoft Office software.

Starting salary:                                  £50,000 per annum

Hours:                                                     35 per week
