Accountant (Receivables) – Maternity Leave Cover
We are currently looking for a full time Accountant with a professional attitude to provide maternity cover, to work in our busy International Business Administration Department, based at our International Headquarters in the City of London.
You will work with other Accounts personnel to provide a professional accounts receivable function in accordance with financial regulations and associated policies and procedures. You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all income recorded for International Headquarters.
Applicants must have a good understanding of accounts receivable processes, be educated to degree level and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working within an accounting environment.
Applicants should also be IT literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. The International Headquarters will be moving to a new Accounting software (NetSuite) in April 2021 and successful applicants will be required to undertake training in the new system between April and June 2021. Experience in using Accounting software packages is essential, preferably Great Plains. We would like the successful candidate to be working towards the completion of a professional accounting qualification.
Applicants will be able to work to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary: £41,397.55 plus travel allowance up to £3,300.
Hours: 35 hours a week
