Delegates from the South Asia Zone:

Jeevan Roy Pitta
India Central Territory

Hi! This is Roy, fourth generation Salvationist, from the India Central Territory. The influence and impact of the Salvation Army teaching and service led me to perceive the will of God in my life. I have been actively involved in my corps programs, taking initiative and assisting the Corps Officer. I serve as the Sponsorship and CEP Coordinator at THQ which both challenges and compels me to involve myself in supporting needy boys and girls in hostels and rural women in the community for their empowerment. I see the open avenues for my future vision as I attend ICS to further the kingdom of God in what ever way the programme and curriculum enlighten me.

C Lalrinmawia
India Eastern Territory

I am a believer of God so I have to follow His orders. There are so many orders in the Bible to fulfill in my daily life. I realize that when I walk in accordance with the order of the God, I am blessed by his promises on my life. He never fails me. I believe that God will bless my soul, my spirit and my body at the International College for Soldiers. I hope to find out much more about the greatness of our Holy God. As I am the representative of our territory, I expect to learn the best way of pursuing God's will for our territory - strategies for attacking evil and for saving souls from evil's custody. I do believe that God will help meet my needs.

Dorothy Macwan
India Western Territory

My name is Dorothy C. Macwan, born and brought up in a Christian Salvationist family. My parents are serving God in the Salvation Army as officers. God has blessed me with a christian life partner, Christopher Macwan, who is a Salvationist in Mumbai. The almighty God is using me for his service in many ways in my corps as a Sunday School teacher, in Songsters, brass band and in Home League, for his glory and honour. My expecation as a delegate to ICS is to grow more in my faith, in my spiritual life, to come closer to God and to know more about the roles and responsibilty of a soldier so that I can be a resource for the Army for the extention of God's kingdom and the Army's work in my corps.

Ramesh Ravindra Daniel
Sri Lanka Territory

I'm really happy and excited to attend the inaugural ICS that will be held in The Cedars! The Lord is so faithful and true, and he keeps on proving his goodness every moment in my life. Since my childhood I've been part of this worldwide Army, and I am definitely privileged to be a part of its mission. God has opened many opportunities to serve him through my corps and it is a wonderful experience that brings true joy to life. Through it all Christ has revealed his love and purpose in my life, and nothing else brings me more joy than to follow him completely. I look forward to meet my fellow soldiers and friends of different nations. I believe it is going to be the beginning of something really great and wonderful. Amen!
