Step 1. Select Singapore as your country as in the screen shot below.
You'll be navigated to a new page after selecting Singapore.
Step 2: Fill in your address information as per the fields available
Step 3: Select your donation amount.
Step 4: Fill in under the field 'specific use' the following:

Name of Donor:
NRIC/FIN of Donor:
Name of Rider I'm supporting:
Step 5: Key in your credit card details and click confirm your details button at the bottom.
Step 6: Click on Send Your Donation
Step 7 Click Print this page to keep a copy for your records.
