A vital step in the preparations for the High Council is for each of the 112 eligible officers to have been sent an individual summons to attend.

International Headquarters’ Chief Secretary Colonel Peter Forrest said, ‘This is a significant milestone in our preparations and we are delighted that all of the members of the High Council requiring a visa have had these issued. We look forward to welcoming them to London.’
