Computer training, India Northern Territory

Computer class

Six female officers based at India Northern Territorial Headquarters in New Delhi are benefiting from a three-month computer training course. The initiative, introduced by Colonel Prema Wilfred (Territorial President for Women’s Ministries) is intended to help the women develop their technical knowledge and skills, to help them in their present and future ministry with The Salvation Army. Taking place every weekday afternoon, the course is supported by Mr R. S. Negi, the Computer Education Director from the city’s New Capital College, who provides expert teaching and advice.

Two new and four recycled computers provide the platform on which the officers can learn and practise their new skills.
