Secretaries for Spiritual Life Development: Lieut-Colonels Allan and Fiona Hofer
Children of Officer parents, both met whilst training to become Salvation Army Officers at the then International Training College - London. A son of missionary parents, Allan was born in Rio de Janeiro and Fiona in Harpenden England. Together they have served God in Switzerland, Portugal, England, Brazil and most recently in USA Southern Territory. They have been Corps Officers, Divisional Leaders, Training Principal's and now here at the ICO/CSLD. They are the proud parents of two children - Carla together with her husband Chris Raymer and their son Christopher who is engaged to Meagan. Together as a family their highest calling has always been to live to serve on behalf of Jesus Christ and to help others to get to know him personally.

Stephanie Parker Chagas, Brazil Territory
Stephanie was born in Brazil but also has British roots and feels blessed and privileged to be serving God in London at the CSLD since January 2011. Stephanie has a degree in Journalism which has been helpful in her ministry as she seeks to inform and encourage people through the written word and media. She enjoys playing the piano, exercising, spending time with God, close family and friends. Stephanie is eager to see what God is going to continue to do within The Salvation Army as Salvationists prioritise their relationship with Him.
CSLD Volunteer: Louise Wahl, Denmark Territory
Louise is 24 years old and became a soldier in 2007. She has a bachelor's degree in Humanistic Informatics with Communication from Aalborg University Copenhagen. It is from the years at University that Louise has her interest in Public Relations, media-strategies and designs. Louise loves working with children and youth – especially the Kids Gospel Choir at her home corps in Denmark. She is passionate about discipleship, anti-trafficking, fair trade, music and living a life that reflects Jesus. Louise is working as a CSLD volunteer throughout 2013.
CSLD Volunteer: Kristoffer Paulsson, Sweden and Latvia Territory
Kristoffer is 25 years old and has worked as a youth leader at the Salvation Army and as a music teacher, in Sweden, before he came to London to work at CSLD where he's going to work until the summer of 2014. He loves gospel music, being creative and watching football. His passion goes to children and teenagers and how to find a way to let them understand the greatness of Jesus and how to be a disciple.
