Do you ever feel like life is an uphill struggle? At many points in our lives, we go through difficult times. Life doesn’t operate like a Hollywood feel good movie; it can be unpredictable, messy and painful.

At low-points in our lives, we may find ourselves wondering the ‘Where, What and Why’ questions of God, but the great thing is – it’s ok to wonder such things. Sure – the Psalms are full of people singing out their praises, but they’re also full of people shouting out their questions and frustrations with God. Psalm 13 is a good example.

Pray through the more difficult things you are facing in life and gain strength from the fact that God is faithful. Be real with him, just like the Psalmists were. Your position in Him is secure. On the cross He overcame. He is the rock on which you stand; the promise you can trust. Hold on to it unswervingly, no matter what life chucks your way.
