The Kodiak Transitional House is a six to 18-month program for men and woman in transition to becoming self-sufficient. Anyone can apply, if they are in a transitional state. We are not a shelter or short-term housing facility. Tenants don't necessarily have to have completed a substance abuse program to be in our house, as we will consider all who are in the transition phase. Tenants must be employed, and they pay 30 percent of their monthly income as rent. Individuals in Kodiak Transitional House need to be making progress toward transitioning back in to the social stream of society. Call (907) 586-8740 for more information.
